Behind are times when you walked into the office with plastic bag full of receipts and packet of tax documents. After dealing with years of requests for misplaced returns and W-2 forms, we have decided to store and share documents electronically. This way our clients can access important documents from any device. 

 
Even during the preparation process, clients can electronically share the documents by uploading them to our DropBox folder by scanning the document or taking a photo with your smartphone. 

 
We also regularly backup up the documents to a third-party server to prevent any unforeseen data loss.
